Catering Minimum Requirments
Tacos California subject to availability. Catering is offered on a first-come, first-serve basis. You choose the menu, and your guests choose their meal. We provide order cards and after the event, we tally all cards & send you the invoice; payment is due upon receipt. There is a $75 fee if listed as additional insured is required. Payment Info
Payment is due within 3 days of receipt of the invoice. A fee of $35 will apply, plus an additional 1.5% per month for any late or returned payments. You agree to reimburse us for any Collection or legal action taken if necessary. After receipt of the Deposit, any email or phone correspondence becomes part of your event contract.

Deposit

A minimum Deposit of $1650 + TAX + MIN 18% GRATUITY must be received up front to reserve the date and time. All will be applied to your invoice.
Gratuity

Minimum Tip 18% of the invoice total, but please feel free to add more if you feel we earned it.

Per Hour Additional Fee
$195.00
Maximum *2-hour serving window or until all guests are served. Additional hours are only eligible for parties of 250 or more guests. Additional $195 per hour fee for extended hours.
Cancellation Policy
We offer a 100% refund for any events canceled within 2 weeks of the minimum payment received. Any events not canceled within the 2-week time window will receive an 85% refund.
